Chartered September 05, 1963, First National Bank began with Tino Roncalio as Chairman of the Board. The first Board of Directors included Raymond Saunders, Fred Wagensen, Leroy Noecker and Henry Hays.
Raymond Saunders has served as Chairman of the Board since November 1964 and continues in that role. Today Clifford E. Kirk is the Vice-Chairman of the Board and Sam Saunders is the President and CEO. Our additional Board Directors are Wayne Davis, Bob Hayden, Cynthia Saunders, Barbara Saunders Lutter, Jim Noecker, Richard Davis, Jim Hladky, Mike Davis, Donald Johnson and Richard McElroy.
